'70s or '80s popcorn wool sweater is denim blue with flecks of a lighter and darker shade of blue. There are rows of popcorn down each sleeve and on the front, which meet at the shoulder, adding that feminine puff. A fringed drawstring is woven through at the neck. There are 6 denim blue plastic buttons. Very cute, and very warm.
