Sweet 40s navy and white striped dress is a gauzy cotton fabric. Puffed sleeves, cute stitching detail on pockets and celluloid deco buttons set this dress apart from the ordinary. A-line skirt and and generous size make this a rare find. It is near deadstock condition. Seems like it was washed once, because tag is frayed and there is a flaw (like the character you would see in raw silk fabric) at the back shoulder area. This does not detract or compromise look or wearability of this dress.
